Parkinson’s Ninja Community Interest Company runs free exercise classes for people with Parkinson’s.

We aim to improve mobility, balance, strength, speech and confidence in a safe and professional environment.

Fighting Parkinson's on the Wirral

At Parkinson’s Ninja Community Interest Company, we run free, specialist exercise classes that help people with Parkinson’s improve mobility, balance, strength, speech, and confidence — all in a safe, supportive, and professional environment.

Our sessions combine boxing and martial-arts–based exercises with neurorehabilitation techniques inspired by Rock Steady Boxing and Taekwondo floorwork, creating fun, purposeful workouts tailored to every ability level. Classes are held at a fully equipped martial arts academy with soft, safe flooring. All you need to start is comfortable clothing and water.

We provide gloves if you need them — though most Ninjas soon choose to get their own! Partners and carers are always welcome to join us for a cup of tea, a chat, and to share in the friendly, positive atmosphere that makes Parkinson’s Ninja so special.
