Our free Wallasey sessions are funded through community fundraising and grants, allowing us to make exercise accessible for everyone living with Parkinson’s.

Our coaches also run independent, pay-as-you-go Parkinson’s exercise classes in Bromborough. These sessions are separate from the CIC’s funded activities but share the same spirit and methods to help more people stay active.
